Charge Conference

Churches may choose which Charge Conference session to attend from the following:

  • Saturday, November 2, 10:00 a.m. at Brecksville UMC
    • 65 Public Square, Brecksville, OH 44141-1859
  • Saturday, November 2, 2:00 p.m. at Akron: First UMC
    • 263 East Mill Street, Akron, OH 44308
  • Sunday, November 3, 3:00 p.m. at Geneva: First UMC
    • 89 South Broadway, Geneva, OH 44041-1843

Plan now to have your paperwork completed in very early October. 

Consultations

Some of DS Hitchcock's pastoral consultations begin this month and continue through August.  His SPRC consultations will be in October.  DS Lewis's consultations will mostly be in August.  DS Lewis's August consultation schedule has been emailed to pastors, SPRC chairs, and churches along with links to forms and instructions.  DS Hitchcock's October schedule will be emailed soon.
